rockwool Insulated Sandwich Panel

rockwool core sandwich panels (Hi Rib panels which are for roofing and Low/Micro Rib panels for walls/ceilings), rock wool density is generally 80–100 Kg. /Cu.m. PE (Polyester) Pre-Painted/Coated Galvanized Steel, Aluzinc on both sides. PPGI skin is preferred for fire resistant applications. The panels are for easy, quicker installation, like roof and side cladding. The panels are ideal for the construction of a variety of buildings where thermal, fire and acoustic insulation are required. ADVANTAGES OF rock wool SANDWICH PANELS: • rock wool core is known for its fire resistance. • Good Heat insulation and has Acoustic Insulation value also (providing perforation on the skin which is towards the noise generating area). • Economizes construction costs, saves on energy. • In continuous line manufacture, long panels are provided. Less the joints, the more the performance. • Environmentally friendly. • Available in various thicknesses and different densities of rockwool core. Density and thickness of the rock wool core and skin sheet thickness as per project demand. • Lightweight panel which is easy to lift and erect at any height. • Walls of different heights, yet have sturdy and strong construction, Modular in nature and pre-engineered, this makes construction simpler and faster.
