PIPE INSULATION ( Pipe insulation sections/ Pipe Insulation covers)

Pipe insulation is essential to protect pipes from temperature fluctuations, to prevent condensation, and improve energy efficiency. SOME OF THE PIPE INSULATION MATERIALS : (A) Mineral Wool (rockwool) High resistance to heat (up to 1200°F or 650°C), good for thermal and acoustic insulation. Non-combustible and fire-resistant, widely used in industrial and high-temp Environments (B) Polyurethane Foam (PUF/ PU / PUR). Used in pre-insulated piping systems, good for thermal resistance and moisture protection. Ideal common pipe insulation material, especially for long-distance pipes. (C) Foam Glass (Cellular Glass) : It is fire resistant, impermeable to moisture, and also chemically inert. For both hot and cold conditions. Used in industrial, chemical and cryogenic applications. (D) Calcium Silicate : For high-temperature piping (up to 650°C), it is durable and fire resistant. Fire-resistant and durable. OTHER PIPE INSULATION MATERIALS ARE Phenolic Foam, EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), Perlite, Fiber Glass/ Glass wool, Polyethylene, Nitrile Rubber, PVC or Vinyl Jacketing etc.
