These panels are ideal for fabricating dwelling container units, prefab shelters, Porta cabins with adequate engineering. These panels come with PU (Polyurethane Foam / PUF), EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), PIR (Poly Isocyanurate) and rock wool as core material or insulation core. 50mm thk. rock wool sandwich panels are 1–2 hours fire rated, which is expensive out of all these options. The PIR (Poly Isocyanurate) core is generally of Self-Fire Extinguishing quality. The PU core / B-3 PU core is normal Polyurethane Foam. EPS core sandwich panels are offered subject to qty. These panels come with PPGI (Prepainted GI), PPAL (Pre-painted Aluminum), and Prepainted Aluzinc as the skin material. Tongue and Groove joint panels. Cover/ Effective width is 1000mm. In some cases this cover width goes up to 1180mm. Necessary Flashing, Sealants, Fasteners, tapes that are required for the installation of these panels are also supplied.
