Insulated Panels
Insulated sandwich panels are composite building materials. The insulation material is sandwiched between two layers of metal or aluminum sheets or any other compatible materials sheets. Sandwich panels are particularly suited for roofing and wall applications, for the various support structures in halls and industrial buildings, as well as for refrigeration and cold-storage units. These lightweight panels are easy to process and can be installed in all weather conditions. Polyurethane Foam (PU/ PUF/ PUR), rock wool/ mineral wool, EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), PIR (Poly Isocyanurate) and Glass wool are the general used core materials in these composite panels. The skin material is of different materials and in various thicknesses. The skin material is either mill finish or prepainted in various colors (RAL 9002 is the std. Color). Core insulation material comes in different thicknesses and in various densities as per customers’ requirements and project demand. Hi Rib sandwich panels are for roof and side cladding applications. Low/Micro rib sandwich panels are for walls, partitions and ceilings. Without Rib (No rib) flat skin sandwich panels are for cleanroom applications.
