EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) core sandwich panels are composite building materials (Hi Rib panels which are for roofing and Low/Micro Rib panels for walls/Ceiling). EPS is sandwiched between two metal or other compatible sheets. The density of the EPS for making these panels is generally not less than 16 Kg. /Cu.m. PE (Polyester) Pre-Painted/Coated Galvanized Steel, Aluzinc on both sides. PPGI skin is widely used. To economize one side, Aluminum Foil can also be laminated. The EPS panels are for easy, quicker installation, like roof and side cladding. These are ideal for the construction of a variety of buildings where thermal insulation is required.
