Cleanroom doors / Flush Surface doors are specialized doors which are an integral part of cleanrooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, hospitals, and food processing units. Clean Room door is made of PPGI (Pre-Painted GI / Pre-Coated GI) sheets and SS sheets with edges formed by a lock. The surface will be smooth without any ribs/ micro ribs, which ensure no contamination, dust and are easy to clean. These doors have to be totally flush with the wall surface. Core material is generally rock wool or Paper Honeycomb or Polyurethane Foam or PIR. Single leaf and double leaf doors.
